    The Flats at Westshore is an amazing community! The units are very well equipped and no corners were cut in the design and building. The property is very well-maintained and the residents are clean and considerate. No trash overflowing by the dumpsters and everyone picks up after their furry friends. Tanisha in the Office is WONDERFUL and a huge factor in making this community so great!

    Absolutely love this community so far. I love how dog friendly it is. The ammenities are great. The atmosphere in the clubhouse is very relaxing. The gym is sooo great. I am looking forward to being able to us the pool. The location really seals the deal.

    We’ve lived here for just over a month and have loved our experience so far! I keep telling my husband this doesn’t feel like an apartment, it feels like a fancy condo in nice architecture buildings you’d see in the mountains or beach! We’re excited to expand our community here and enjoy all the amenities going forward! We love the Flats!!

    Beautiful complex from the outside. Nice amenities. The noise levels inside the apartments are not good at all. Very disappointed in that. Garbage cans and parking is an issue.

    My wife and I absolutely love The Flats at Westshore! We've lived in 9 cities the past 8 years, and this is by far the greatest living experience we've had so far. The management team does such a great job fostering community by hosting events. The owners must value it as well because the management team has a strong enough budget to usually pay for all the food and drinks for everyone. The management team is incredibly nice, so it's always a joy to stop by the office to say hello. The property ...
    location is incredible: Directly off the highway, so I can get anywhere with ease. The Thrive Co-Working location on-property makes it so easy for remote workers to have a comfortable place to work. The coffee shop on-property makes for a convenient cup of coffee when you need to swing through the drive thru. All in all, we love it here! We hope we can stay here until we decide to buy a house!

    No reason to talk about my dissatisfaction. It won’t change anything or make the end of my lease happen any quicker. I’m ready to leave this place and wish I never moved in. I don’t feel safe here due to the cheap, lax work done here and the employees that lie. It’s obviously all about making money and not caring about the people that live here.
