The property is very well-maintained and the residents are clean and considerate. No trash overflowing by the dumpsters and everyone picks up after their furry friends. December 11, 2023My wife and I absolutely love The Flats at Westshore! We've lived in 9 cities the past 8 years, and this is by far the greatest living experience we've had so far. The management team does such a great job fostering community by hosting events. The owners must value it as well because the management team has a strong enough budget to usually pay for all the food and drinks for everyone. The management team is incredibly nice, so it's always a joy to stop by the office to say hello. The property ...location is incredible: Directly off the highway, so I can get anywhere with ease. The Thrive Co-Working location on-property makes it so easy for remote workers to have a comfortable place to work. The coffee shop on-property makes for a convenient cup of coffee when you need to swing through the drive thru. All in all, we love it here!
