September 2, 2023This was my first apartment and my experience here was extremely traumatic . The rent is high but the apartment inside is old and just painted over and nothing fixed. My leasing agent was D’Erica she doesn’t know how to communicate and has an attitude problem. I asked for my application fee and deposit back because they had me turn everything on the day I was supposed to sign my lease but showed me my apartment the day of and it was ran down and it wasn’t what I asked for so please don’t waste ...your time or money hereRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 28, 2023waited to write my review so that I wouldn’t have to edit it months down the road. So here it goes! Application process: EASY & QUICK! If you have all of your paperwork ( 3x’s rent paystubs/offer letter, employment verification, (HEADS UP! If your job uses “the work number” for employment verification… they will ask you to pull THAT REPORT. So you may want to pull it ahead of time) bank statements, previous landlord Info, and etc.) I literally applied one day and was approved 24hrs later. DO NOT ...walk in these ppl office without having your paperwork in order or that will prolong the process. MOVE IN DAY: No issues with apartment. Everything was cleaned and anything that I needed fixed after doing the “walk through” was fixed prior to moving in. 1YR Update: Still no problems. Apartment is still in good condition. Things are fixed quickly, Gym is always clean when I visit it. The office staff is always nice and professional to me.
