November 1, 2024Everything including everyone we dealt with at Birchwood was awesome. I believe the deposit was a bit steep since we paid a $300 deposit then a full months rent. Other than that we are both happy with our experience so far.Property Manager Responded

May 7, 2024I’ve NEVER felt so bullied in my life. Birchwood Estates is the most unwelcoming place I’ve ever lived. I had friends that just moved out and they shared the same. Residents pay rent late but they pay. The letters on the door and the emails threatening to evict are completely unprofessional. Management makes it uncomfortable and that is sad. This is supposed to be a place you can call home. I’ve been here 12 months and management has never made me feel at home. I’ve paid rent every month.
