March 29, 2025My experience here a Birchwood Apartment has been pleasant overall, I appreciate the management being there daily and ready to assist in what ever issue and concerns,with a nice friendly smile,the building cleaner guy always in point same time with cleaning of the building and sanitizing it as well,lately been noticing things that shouldn't be happening,being this is a clean and nice residence,leave it there happy here at Birchwood...Property Manager Responded

May 7, 2024I’ve NEVER felt so bullied in my life. Birchwood Estates is the most unwelcoming place I’ve ever lived. I had friends that just moved out and they shared the same. Residents pay rent late but they pay. The letters on the door and the emails threatening to evict are completely unprofessional. Management makes it uncomfortable and that is sad. This is supposed to be a place you can call home. I’ve been here 12 months and management has never made me feel at home. I’ve paid rent every month. April 22, 2024Great service and beautiful apartments, but there was some caulk on the floor, counters, baseboards, and windows that wasn’t cleaned. Also, they forgot to turn the valves on for the washing machine and toilet. Overall a beautiful apartment with some flawsReview from Apartments.com
