October 15, 2024I love Birdtown! Always feels comforting coming home. It's always well kept. The cleanliness is superb! It's a quiet building. No worries of loud or obnoxious neighbors. Its pet friendly and although I don't have pets, the pet owners are considerate of others. You cannot tell that it's a building with pets. I love the roof top views and the lobby space if you ever want to have a getaway space to relax and/or entertain. I love the available storage that is offered for those extra things that ...you don't need in your apartment. I also love the locker and Luxor room accessibility to keep your packages safe until you're available.Property Manager Responded

August 28, 2024I've been living here since the building opened in 2020 and the more time I spend here, the more I like it. We've been very lucky with management companies. They have been very good. Staff is great, always trying their best to expand the sense of community between neighbors. There has been a lot of people moving in and out. Unfortunately, its taken a toll on the carpet and walls in the halls. Other than that, the building is great!Property Manager Responded
