great place to live

my fiancé and I have been living here for about a year and so far, it has been great, as long as you abide by the rules and pay your rent you really don't have much to worry about. communication is key if you need something fixed, which is expected as far as any rental property, and they are willing to accommodate your schedule if you prefer to be there while the repairs are being made. unless it's an emergency and it must be fixed to prevent damage. we just renewed our lease for another year ...
because they have done a fantastic job especially in regard to evicting problem tenants. this property has had a lot of issues in the past however the new owners are doing an excellent job to clean up the place. A lot of the apartments have been re-done and the neighbors are pretty quiet aside from a few isolated incidents which are dealt with by the local pd swiftly. all of the rules are heavily enforced which is great, so you know that all tenants are held accountable. cinnamon is the current property manager, and she is great to work with.
