Roach infested
October 13, 2024
Building A (400 Bloor St) is infested with German cockroaches and the landlord is no longer using professional pest control to treat them. Instead, they’re having the superintendent spray a product that anyone can purchase online; the product is not strong enough. Their planned frequency to spray is not sustainable for tenants, especially those with mobility issues. The roaches are progressively spreading throughout the entire building. Don’t rent from here unless you’re prepared to deal with ...
