January 13, 2025BLU has improved over the last 3 years since Greystar and the new management team took over. Michelle has built a stable team. Maintenance is top notch. I would suggest more parking options, and better resident screening for the future, as well as limiting the number of residents and pets in one unit. Landscaping is always an issue, and a sprinkler system would help. Valet trash is hit or miss.Property Manager Responded

August 26, 2024Resident Only Entrance Gate (back gate) has been broken for months, the landscaping looks terrible, everything is dying, I have not had grass in my patio area for over one year. When it rains, my area is a giant mud hole. Lots of new residents, but not the quality needed to properly sustain the community. The loud music, marijuana use, barking dogs, and rule breaking is not a good look.Review from Apartments.com
