May 27, 2024Since BluWater was sold to Greystar while I’ve lived here the monthly fees have shot up, parking rules and fees were implemented without being enforced, and work done of the buildings looks like it is largely done by amateurs and tree trimming and the like is done by an outfit working after hours (still working at 1030pm) with no markings on their equipment. My apartment itself is lovely and I love living across from Silver Lake.Property Manager Responded

August 15, 2023You want a well kept, chilled place to live., Bluewater is pretty cool. Management and maintenance are a good team here, they follow up with concerns and handle business. It's clean, pretty quiet for the most part. And people mundane their own business. The only thing is I feel it's a little expensive, even for newly renovated units.Property Manager Responded
