    My boyfriend and I have lived at Blue Dot for 6months and we absolutely love it. We love the spacious layout, modern look, cleanliness of the building and being walking distance to downtown. It has been great getting to know both the owners of the building. They are super friendly, easy to talk to, and willing to go the extra mile for everyone of their residents. We love our home and feel very safe here. 10/10 recommend.

    I've lived at Blue Dot for about 1.5 years, and am so happy I made the choice to live in this specific apartment building downtown. The community within Blue Dot is truly something special. Our apartment is open and airy, with beautiful mountain views. Our neighbors are kind and courteous, and we've made lasting friendships here. Furthermore, Management goes above and beyond with ensuring all needs are met, and takes any issues (big or small) seriously. As a military couple that occasionally ...
    deals with military uncertainness, Management has always been understanding of our circumstance. Any work needed in the apartment is immediately attended to by excellent building staff. If you're looking for a great place to live Downtown, Blue Dot is it!

    We were one of the first Blue Dot Place residents. We moved in in February 2016 and Blue Dot Place has met our needs in every way. We wanted to try urban living so we could walk to Pikes Peak Performance Center and enjoy all the restaurants available in the downtown area. The building is well maintained and management has always been very responsive. It is like a small community with only 33 units and that is what we wanted. With an elevator and indoor parking plus a spacious, well laid out floor ...

    I lived at Blue Dot for three years (in three different apartments due to military circumstances) while stationed at Fort Carson. My experience here was nothing short of amazing! Jessica and Dorsey do a great job meeting the needs of every tenet in the building and the location can’t be beat. You can walk to your favorite coffee shop or bar or yoga studio! And you can enjoy the beauty of the city and mountains from your balcony. Really wish I didn’t have to move away.
