rude. The security guards don't speak English, and seem to almost go out of their way to use their non-existent authority to interfere with your day to day coming and going. The community has extremely strict rules on guests (they have to pay to enter, and cant spend the night without risking getting towed), the pool, gym, and loud music/noise/parties. Those rules would be great but they're not followed (if you explain to the security or staff in Spanish your situation they normally let you do whatever). Overall if you don't mind the people you live around its great because of how close to everything it is.
