Features: • Xfinity’s Blast Pro+ High Speed Internet. • Within 10 minute walking distance to University of Washington campus. • 5 minute walk to U-District light-rail station and The Ave, restaurants, and shopping. • Reserved secure parking available at additional monthly charge. • On-Line portal for direct access to full time maintenance staff. • Laundry on-site • Secured entry • On-site manager Criteria for approval: • Verifiable income of 3x the monthly rent.
