The property is poorly kept
May 20, 2020The management can’t keep employees the maintenance workers now have little to no knowledge on half the stuff they suppose to fix and these apartments have been here too long not to ever have been renovated. I’m currently living here and hate when I have to put in a work order I’m ready to leave tonight! This place sucksReview from Apartments.com
Horrible
December 13, 2019The management of this property is horrible. Now that the new company Amesbury has taken over they are even worse than the previous owners. Everyone in the office and even corporate office lie to tenants with no regrets.Review from Apartments.com
This place sucks
January 7, 2017Trust me when I tell you this is not the place for you! They never fix anything everyone in these apartments has something broke. And when you do get someone out what they will do is have a man by the name of Dwayne come and he will just flirt with your girlfriend and make her uncomfortable the lady in the office does nothing but say what she can't do and they raised my rent a hundred dollars because of the flood its trash everywhere in my the apartment complex also great area but bad apartments ...find some where else to go!!! Getting Horrible
June 30, 2016These Apartments were great when Rachel was in the office but since the new lady Ronneka has been over these apartments it is horrible. She doesn't fix anything the office is always close and the maintenance man doesn't do anything. They are very rude! The outside of the buildings are disgusting they never keep up the property. I don't want to move because of the location but when September comes I will be doing just that. She ran these apartments in the ground.Review from Apartments.com
started off ok but getting so much better
August 30, 2015When I fist moved into my apt we had a different manager who was rude and a different maintance guy who did basically nothing....But know we have a great apt manager and great maintaince guy... I love the property its always clean and and I feel safe... I just wish we had a fitness center and another pool and possible a playground we have a lot of kids I see playing in the parking lot cause they have nowhere else to play to me thats not safe and maybe a basketball goal for the little boys...but ...overall its a great place to live and prices are greatRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
