An apartment is only as nice as the residents make it
July 10, 2017Great complex with some nice amenities: , swimming pool, pet stations, seating areas for conversation, mailboxes in front of the office, and each apartment has their own private patio and private entry, plus they accept BBQ grills. An apartment is only as nice as the residents make it. We have some that will not follow their lease agreement and feel they have special privileges. I guess you have that in every apartment complex, LOL. The bus runs out in front, it is well lighted. There are some ...more areas that could be improved on, but we are getting there. Great
April 21, 2017This property is always kept superrr clean and I love it. I like to take pride in where I live and the staff does too. Having a two story home is great. It reminds me of when I was a kid and in a two story house. This place just makes everything so much better. I'm so proud to call this my home. Living here 2 years
April 13, 2017I've lived in Bluff Springs for about 2 years and I love it. I've never lived in a Townhome before and I'm in love with it I don't know if after this I will be able to move to a regular apartment. My kids are able to run, scream, play with out any one banging on my walls or roof or floor. LOL!!!! The complex is small which means quiet and clean. My apartment is an old renovated one (They are now are now doing new renovations that look awesome) and is so comfortable. So far everyone has been super ...nice to me and my family. The office Staff has been attentive to my families needs. :) So far so good!!!!! FYI The pool is amazing!!!!!Property Manager Responded

Spa like restroom
January 24, 2017From the day I went to look at the property to the day I signed it has been the best experience I've ever had when it came to signing a lease. Sasha the front office staff was super friendly and so sweet she made me feel like family. When I went to pay my second months rent Maria the office manager asked if I was adjusting alright and if I had any concerns she would handle them. My aparment felt super luxurious high end finishes the restroom was like spa like you get what you pay for and more you ...can't hear neighbors at all through the walls witch was my biggest concern I love my sleep. It's like walking distance to a grocery store witch is super convenient for me. The day I needed one egg I asked a neighbor for one and bless her hear she was so sweet older woman we got to know each other and she made me some sweet bread I told her I lived alone and worked all day she offered to feed me like if I was her family. All I have to say about this complex is I never want to move from here it's so so friendly and I saw a sherif car and found out we have a deputy living on the complex I felt super safe after that. Good Place to Start!!
January 19, 2017I've live in many apartments before but none like this. Is a small house and the neighbors are great is like you don't even have neighbors, no one bothers you. I have 2 small children and they can make all the noise they want theirs no one banging on the walls or the floor (If you are in the 2nd or 3th floor). If I ever need repairs maintenance will take care of them, they are not the fastest but they get the job done. The Office staff is nice and attentive for christmas they gave everyone a ...small gift, I've never lived in a place that did that. The manager Maria is really caring she help me when for a couple of months I was late in my rent, she was really patient and helped me find financial assistance to help us get back on our feet. Me and my family are really happy here and the last 2 years here have been great to start our family. Too small
October 4, 2015The apartment is too narrow can not fit too much furniture and I have a fairly large family. The maintenance of the building is not what I expected either.Property Manager Responded
