Poorly managed
November 15, 2016I've lived here for 18 months. We are on our fourth manager. If you need a repair on your unit, and you will because they do no preventive maintenance, it will take over a month for them to do it. Even if the repair is as minor as a hallway light out or a broken toilet. If your neighbor's dog barks nonstop, and you will hear it through the thin walls, management will dismiss your complaint as grousing and do nothing. I think their attitude is that it is difficult for seniors to pick up and move ...so they can get away with poor service.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 29, 2015A Beautiful Building, Court yard and indoor eating area. Great staff. Farmers Mkt., and the Boardwalk Boat docks at the sound, and a lake down town.
