Our Junior one bedroom offers 394 square feet of living space with mirrored closet doors, cable TV hookup, an additional shelving/divider and a large patio for the extended outdoor living space. Our two bedroom two bath apartments for rent offer a spacious, two story design with vaulted ceilings, full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, skylights and also has a private balcony. March 9, 2017I have lived at this property for 10 years. This property is in a convenient location close to the mall, restaurants, and the airport. There is a wash by the building but the City come out to clean it once a week. I live on the first floor and i'm safe. I'm happy to live here. When I need a maintenance request i contact the leasing office and maintenance will come on a timely manner.Review from Apartments.com
Please beware!!!
March 4, 2016Nasty place!!! Drugs, drug abusers, not so nice management, lazy maintenance workers run throughout this property!! Don't consider this if you're a woman!! Not a nice community at all! Flamingo wash runs directly through the property, giving off a nasty smell during hot days. Seriously, it's cheap but your safety is more important!!!! Look somewhere else!!!!Review from Apartments.com
