  • Amazing Apartment Complex

    My friend and I went to tour Bon Aire Apartments recently and loved the experience. The community manager and maintenance were at the office when we first arrived and greeted us with a bright smile. While touring the manager was very detailed about local activities, restaurants, and stores. I am looking to move March of 2023 so I hope there is vacancy otherwise I’ll join the waitlist that was mentioned during the tour.

  • Excellent property

    November 14, 2022
    I happened to be in Castro Valley and came upon this gem of an apartment complex. It is located inside a shopping area where it’s super private and quiet. Although I didn’t have an appointment, the community manager Ms. Ibanez was able to assist me. I was looking for a two bedroom but unfortunately they didn’t have any availability. I will setting up a couple tours for the sister properties I was referred to as well as check out the link the the company’s we site for more options.
