January 17, 2020So I moved here over 10 months ago and everything was below average. First of all, the apartments are NOT what they look like in the pictures. I have lived in pretty bad apartments but this has definitely been the worst. The person who works the front is extremely rude and it is hard to communicate with them. As a female I do not feel safe here because at night there is a lot of chaos and unknown people roaming around as well. I am posting this to warn everyone thinking about moving here. Mixed review
February 22, 2016When I first moved into these apartments 2 years ago, they were quite nice (dated, but clean with no major problems) and the management was really on top of things. If you had a maintenance request, they made sure that it was fixed in a timely matter. Since then, however, the management has changed and they don't seem to care about anything really, maintenance-wise: HUGE pothole in the road with wire metal rods sticking out of it that has been like that for many months, half of the washing ...machines don't work, and it takes maintenance a long time to come and fix things in your apartment (like a leaky ceiling when rains). I'm giving it 3 stars for quiet neighbors and proximity to other things. I am hoping that this new management will get on top of things to make this place like it used to be. PROS: walking distance to the movie theater and some shops and restaurants. Quiet neighbors. Decent price. CONS: Management and maintenance need to get their act togetherProperty Manager Responded
September 22, 2017Hello! I'm sorry to hear about your problems with the (now previous) management of Bosque River. That management team was here for a temporary time during transition of ownership. We have now taken over management and maintenance of the complex and would hope to ensure every maintenance request is fixed in a timely and correct manner. If you are still with us you'd have been sure to see the newly updated laundry room with all new working washing machines! The pothole has been temporarily filled with gravel to ensure the metal rods will not cause a problem and we plan on a more permanent repair once we have some time between other various repairs around the complex. I am so glad to hear you had a good experience with your neighbors and our location! We will strive to work on some of the issues you brought up going forward and I thank you for bringing them to my attention!
