Do not rent here
October 12, 2016These apartments have roaches do not rent! Ana is rude! They have done nothing about these roaches and I am a clean freak. This is not sanitary everyday I come home from work I'm killing roaches. My counter tops lift. They never answers the office phone and when Ana does she's always so busy. Do not rent! Late night activity no security. Vehicle break ins and they just say place a report save your money and time!Property Manager Responded

Boulevard apartments
September 11, 2015I have lived in the Boulevard apartments now for a little over 2 years. I, for the most part am happy living in these beautiful apartments. What makes them so great is the park like setting, pool, and laundry room. Managment is very helpful and courteous. For the most part, it's very quiet.Property Manager Responded

Convenient
August 21, 2015This complex is close to everything you could need: dining - both fast food and casual, hair salons, nail salons, gas station, grocery and drug stores, banks, coffee house, postal center, gym, the list goes on and on. The complex itself is fine. There are only 4 apartments in our building so everyone is on a corner. Parking can be an issue at times.Property Manager Responded

Boulevard Apartments, Oceanside, CA
August 14, 2015Rental pricing not adequate compared to local rates of properties with the same amenities and sizing. The entrance and exit are on an extremely busy main road. This location about 6 years ago was very ideal, but shot up to $1600.00 for no real reason. I have written to the management company about this issue and have not received any word. Needs Work
July 30, 2015The complex is nice. The company has been slowly improving the complex. The staff is nice, but is very forgetful. We constantly are given notices for projects going on in the complex. I prefer the staff needs to improve on getting things done faster. The security needs major work. This complex needs onsite staff 24/7 to keep things in order. I have lived here for 2 years.
