    This complex changed ownership and management this year. They are working hard to update the units and take better care of the property. The maintenance crew is actually helpful, and the property managers are always helpful. So glad it finally got a new company to manage it.

  • Don’t Rent Here

    The price (including pet fees) keeps increasing but there have been no improvements and no amenities whatsoever. There is an outdated ac unit in the apartments that do not cool the entire apartment. I only moved in because it was the only apartment with availability which should’ve raised a red flag.

  • Great apartment

    I thought I’d make a review since the ones here are outdated. I’ve been here since 12/2019. I think it was new mgmt from the older reviews. I’ve no issues. The women in the rental office are very friendly and helpful. They will be under new mgmt as of 7/27/2020. Hoping things don’t change. I plan to be here for at least another year or two.
