October 1, 2024The building itself is great and the staff are amazing. Unfortunately, I feel like I am living in a college dorm, which I absolutely hate. The environment may seem to feel a bit micromanaged. I can understand that this may be due to being close to college campuses but there are other apartment buildings around Fenway that don’t feel this way. The parking “deal” for the garage is totally absurd. It’s basically the same price for commuters or others that buy a monthly pass to park. It’s ridiculous ...to be paying the amount that we pay and having no real discount with a parking garage that attract people that trash our building. There is never parking around not even if you have a resident parking sticker due to Red Sox games, concerts or college events.Property Manager Responded
