    Great location, street parking is available albeit not without some negatives as my car was broken into once using the street parking. The amenities are top of the line and the staff and maintenance staff are do a great job. Would recommend to anyone looking for a first apartment in the city!

    I gave Box Board Lofts a Five Star rating because of Adam, the leasing agent at this community is absolutely phenomenal! They gave me an exceptional experience. Adam was very professional while presenting Box Board Lofts to me. I was impressed with the building and what the community had to offer. Not to mention the location.     A great place to live so far, location and staffing are great and everyone is very friendly. The train going by takes some getting use to with the loudness of it but it passes very quickly and does not run at night.

    Walls are super thin. There seems to be a slow response to fixing up the amenities on site. Parking is a bit hard, but manageable. Windows are amazing but can get cold a bit!
