Clean Safe Place to Live
February 15, 2024This is my first time living on my own and I really like it here. The neighbors are nice, it's really quiet here especially for a busy road, and the maintenance crew is very fast when it snows and when you need something fixed. Apartment open house
June 17, 2018I went to the open house this past Thursday. Tara was very professional and went out of her way to show me a couple different apartments and complexes. She was very thorough and explained all features of the apartment and complex. She was fantastic. I had a pleasant open house tour. Beautiful apartments and grounds. It is a nice area. Welcoming environment
August 16, 2015The staff and residents of Bradford Commons are very friendly and polite. The staff are very responsive to any concerns and although it is an older complex, the buildings and apartments are well maintained. Pets are welcomed which is the primary reason why I chose to live here. There are some downsides to be aware of though. There are several extra fees such as trash removal and water, and of course monthly pet rents. Lease renewals tend to result in considerably higher monthly rents, actually ...more per month than offers for new tenants.
