October 17, 2019I’ve had a great experience living here the past 2 years. I moved from out of state and instantly felt welcomed. A great view, flexible lease, and park at my doorstep are what sold me on these apartments. GREAT APARTMENTS AND GREAT LANDLORDS!
December 27, 2018I lived in these apartments for over 3 years and these landlords are great to rent from. They are very respectful of our privacy, easy to deal with and very quick to fixing any repairs. Upkeep of the outside as well as the inside when needed is really good! (They even change the furnace filters so you don't have to!) The laundry facilities are reasonably priced-cheaper than a laundromat-and machines work well. Friendly people, but not in your business. Terrible landlords!
May 22, 2018Do not move here. The landlords try to suck the money out of you and weasel their way into your unit multiple times a month. You will not get privacy here. They are extremely rude and call you at all times of the day and night. They love to write bulletins every few months where they make snarky remarks about tenants who are moving out and beg you to help them rent out vacant units. Don’t even think about doing laundry past 9pm either... you won’t be able to dry it because you aren’t allowed to ...run the machines too late. These are the worst landlords I have ever had in my many years of renting.Property Manager Responded
January 15, 2019This negative comment is rather surprising to us as landlords, since, in our 30 years of property management, no tenant has ever expressed an issue with our privacy policy. That policy states that we never enter a tenant’s space without their advance approval, except for an emergency dealing with water or fire. We also, as a matter of courtesy, never call for that approval before 9 am or after 9pm. During this past year, all units were upgraded with improved insulation and lighting which did require access during the day when most tenants were not present. In adherence with our privacy policy, these upgrades were coordinated with all tenants, these included. Snarky comments: We do circulate occasional “bulletins” to welcome new tenants to our neighborhood, and to express our best wishes to departing tenants. New tenants are asked to write their own introduction to their neighbors. As part of this “bulletin” we let all tenants know about the upcoming vacancy so they can pass the ...word to friends and family who might want to join us. This has resulted in siblings and best friends having a chance to live close to one another. This referral process is important to building a neighborhood where people respect one another’s space and life style. A review of every “Bradington Bulletin” will show that no “snarky” comment has ever been made and that all references to tenant’s coming and goings are always in a positive tone. Late night laundry? Yes, doing laundry after 9 pm can be a problem for the tenant whose bedroom shares a wall with the laundry facility. We do ask our tenants to avoid late-night laundering as a courtesy to folks who need their sleep.
