Awesome Scenary
September 30, 2015Midtown place is located in the heart of Detroit. There are several hospitals within minutes if you have an emergency. There are a few different schools to choose from which is great if you have children. Also, there are an arrayl bars and restaurants within walking distance so no need to drive. I can look out of my window and see the beautiful lights from the Motor city casino hotel at night. Not convinced yet well, the apartments range from two to three bedrooms (spacious) with one and a half ...baths and a laundry facility on site. The rent is decent with the two bedrooms at $598 and three bedrooms at $775.Lastly, there's Comerica park, Ford field and with the new hockey arena coming forth they'll be more excitement to come. Not ideal
July 21, 2015This place is not ideal for small children or single women. I was the victim of a home invasion where I awoke to a man standing in my bedroom fully naked, masturbating. My car was broken into twice and their was a hit & run once while it was parked. There is a terrible situation with the garbage. Homeless people take garbage out of the dumpsters and leave it all over the parking lot. Management decided to charge residents $25.00 if it's your garbage that a homeless person has take out of the ...dumpsters and left everywhere. It's a nightmare. GREAT APARTMENT
August 11, 2015I love my apartment. I appreciate it so much. It has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, central air (which is great for the summer), wonderful heat for the winter. It's spacious for my son to run around and play. The wood finishing is nice- great cabinets. The view is wonderful into downtown Detroit. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood.Review from Apartments.com
