January 11, 2023Lived here for a year and here's what to expect. Everything inside looks like the contractors in charge of renovating decided to close their eyes and hope everything came together. During the summer, you better have window units ready to go because it is boiling, during the winter they advertise that they supply heat, but it only pumps into the living room. You will have to layer up to sleep somewhat comfortably. They will tell you they will get the property sprayed for bugs every year and they ...actually may have someone come out, but it is useless. After 2 weeks, we had a massive stink bug, spider, and fly problem as the windows are not sealed properly so bugs are easily able to come through and the area is fairly wooded so there are more bugs than usual. Location is HORRIBLE unless you really want to venture down the road to the local BP gas station. STAY AWAY, price this low is STILL not worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
