December 27, 2024Management never pick up when we call to front office, never check emails of complains of the residents. People be parking in residents parking spot. The apartments are falling apart. Paint is fading. There are no laws for other residents being loud at nights and slamming doors all day and night.Review from Apartments.com

October 26, 2024Hi everyone; my experience at Brandywine has been incredible due to all the details that comes with it all together. This is our second year here, and we are very happy and continues to grow as we enjoy all the hospitality, staff always making sure we are taken care of, the cleanliness, fixing our parking area, which I never heard anyone else done to their renters before, and that incredible peace here, and ofcourse affordable, yet beautiful and comfortable as well. We now have more friends that ...are choosing this area, and experience those details that make this place so exciting and different.
