A hidden gem at a reasonable price
January 6, 2022I have just moved out of town after living at the Brandywine in Youngstown for four years. Having learned the rental housing market during my two moves, I can say that the Brandywine is a great value for what it offers. The amenities such as the swimming pool were great, and I always found the front office staff courteous and professional. My unit and its services were always well-maintained, and their maintenance crew usually responded same day to any request I had. A nice four years!Review from Apartments.com
Zero privacy or comfort
November 18, 2020Maintenance runs in with no warning no matter how many times you tell them to hang on a moment, so expect no privacy. Very thin walls and floor board. Not so friendly management.Review from Apartments.com
Love My New Home
October 27, 2017I had such an amazing experience at brandywine. I am 18 and have no credit but the owner and the amazing girls in the office helped me get a place in their buildings even with no credit. August 10, 2015I live on the top floor. It's very spacious. Have a lot of storage, nice size closets, and best of all I have a pantry in the kitchen! Love it!! This is actually the 2nd time that I am renting here. And I MUST say that I appreciate the "2nd chance" given to me from the owner. Because the first time I rented there I wasn't the best tenant you could ask for. I'm grateful for 2nd chances.Review from Apartments.com
