January 5, 2019the last straw came when a few days before Xmas, one of the tenants on the rental hit my vehicle, destroying my property and the rental property. I had to file a police report. I notified the landlord and he didn’t seem to care at all. Just like he didn’t care about the termite issues until weeks after my home was swarmed. He didn’t compensate for the cleanup and he certainly didn’t help with trying to identify or make this property safe. If you have nice things and want a quality home, this ISNT ...it. Also, when we moved into the rental. The place was NOT clean! Stains in the carpet, splatters on the floor panels, walls, and the fish washed was a gross mess filled with dead roaches and debris. I would never be ok with allowing future tenants moving into my property andnit not be clean.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great!
July 22, 2015I love my apartment, it has two bedrooms and two full baths. It is a duplex and it is really spacious. I've lived hear for about 3 years and I love it! It feels like home and my getaway from the world. It's very cozy as well. My favorite room would have to be the master bedroom, although it's a little smaller than the spare due to the eusuite bath..It's my sanctuary. I love hanging out there. And to top it all off I have a fabulous landlord to boot! And that's a win win!!Review from Apartments.com
