Terrible Leasing Specialists
August 16, 2023I was in contact for weeks with a leasing specialist who required me to relocate jobs for approval, only to do a 180 and deny my application after I went through the hassle of changing jobs. Not sure how it is legal to be so deceiving and uproot someone's life. It is definitely not professional. The leasing specialist made it sound like I was approved pending the job transfer. If she would have mentioned that changing jobs did not guarantee approval, I would have looked elsewhere and not quit ...a job that I loved for no reason! a good option for renting in west plains
August 23, 2022I have rented from this company twice for 3 years combined. The first time I rented a one bedroom one bath it was clean and comfortable. Management has changed throughout the years and the newest set of office staff is by far the most professional and compassionate staffing they’ve had in the last 6 years. We rented a newer two bedroom two bath for the last two years and it was clean and comfortable as well. Management was quick to address maintenance issues within apartment and grounds. The ...apartments are like most, you know when someone’s lives above you and across from you. It’s a given to hear doors slam and hear nosey neighbors. September 20, 2019Roof leaks and has been happening for a year. Poorly insulated. Dirty grounds. Management says one thing and does another. Air conditioners go unrepaired for too long. High electric bills. Duplicit or incompetent office or management. Dirty swimming pool.Review from Apartments.com

April 18, 2019Mildly expensive electric bills, but an average option for someone looking for a temporary stay. Office staff are understanding and friendly. Not very price friendly for what you get. Stray animals and weird people wonder the streets but if you live in West Plains, you should be use to that. Maintenance people get stuff done fast, usually within a few days. Friendly neighbors, average apartments, friendly staff, and good placement, near many food places and grocery stores. If you're looking for ...somewhere high class to stay, this probably shouldn't be an option for you, but neither is West Plains. April 4, 2019The insulation is not very well done. You can hear your neighbors and the apartments are cold unless you pay a lot to heat them. Electric bills are expensive. Roof leaksProperty Manager Responded
