March 6, 2023Coming from another property, I can say that the leasing staff came to the rescue, specially Mirtza, the ACM. She listened and worked with me during the takeover; answering questions and providing guidance. I appreciate the quality and her professionalism. I couldn't recommend them more. So yes, I really love the new staff members. They work really hard to make it right between all of us. Yes they do a great job. Would love to see them stay with us. I really have seen a change in the way the ...management handles the tenants and business concerning the apartment complex. Appreciate the patience. We are a family working together. February 1, 2022I live here since Sept 2014..One thing that I never liked it is the situation this apartment complex has with the PARKING space outside. The parking space area is kind of small, NOT enough parking spaces, ESPECIALLY ON THE AREA of (BUILDING # 10, 11, 12) not enough for all the people that live here. If you are a person that works at night, not expect to find one single space empty after 9pm, 10pm, 11pm or after midnight on the back of the premise, then, you have to leave your vehicle far away ...from your apartment, and you end up being afraid of experiece any type of vandalism on your car. The AIR CONDITIONING systems are very very all and very noisy. They do not paint your apartment ever or nor fix the mini-blinds of your windows, it does not matter how long you've lived here or the amount of rent you paty.
