Customer service is our number one priority and it was very disheartening to hear that you were unhappy at the end of your lease. Though we strive to make all residents happy, we cannot solve issues that are not brought to our attention, and no concerns of yours were reported to our office. We were very disappointed to see many reviews across numerous sites and email addresses. Though we try our best to resolve all issues, we are very sorry to see a quiet stay go up in a blaze of negative reviews. Horrible management not happy at all.
May 14, 2019PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SIGN LEASE... This place has horrible management. I don't know where to start. First day we sign lease they are looking at your face and tell you 10 times IF YOU DON'T PAY YOUR RENT whats going to happen... may be 20 times. maybe more.. There is no Resident parking spot and they gave you one spot not close to your apartment. Maintenance is horrible I show them the mold all black wall on the storage space they said they will come to clean but They did not show up. They ...will come in to your apartment without your permission. They will knock the door and wait 2 seconds and use their key... They will not call or let you know when they are coming.. They can tow your car for any reason. They are probably making money from tow companies like commission or something. They will put a permanent sticker that you have to pay someone to professionally cleaned your car window if you park in the wrong place or if you have other states inspections.. Their Tow company is making good money(they said its their tow company...) They have NON REFUNDABLE pet deposit pet rent. But they don't know why they are charging... I asked why they said you pay this money to allow you to have pets on property... it will not cover any damage.. they are charging deposit plus rent. It doesn't make sense... This place is very Pet Friendly. No one will no pick up after their dog. YOUR DOG WILL GET PARASITES in THIS PLACE. THERE ARE DOG POOPS EVERY WHERE YOU HAVE TO WALK VERY CAREFULLY WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR DOG TO OUTSIDE... YOU WILL SPEND SO MUCH MONEY TO VET TOO... I told them that no one pick up after their dogs they put sign after 3 months and there is dog poop right next to that sign... Bi monthly rent they can just do how ever they want there is bi monthly rent fee 0 on the lease but they will send you a letter that shows your bi monthly rent and you have to accept it because they send that letter. it doesn't matter if you signed or not... Apartments are very close to dumpster and they stink. apartments have so many fly. there is no any place for your kid to play.. pool is always dirty. I would not recommend to use pool.. Office employees very rude all the time. I never get utility bills I have to ask how much every month..Property Manager Responded

We are sorry that your vehicle was tagged recently for a missing Virginia inspection. Unfortunately, we must abide by your lease, Virginia Beach code, and Virginia laws and all vehicles are required to be road ready. Great Experience
July 11, 2016I lived at Brenneman Farm apartments for the past year and truly enjoyed living there. It's a quiet community with mostly families and always feels safe. The apartment complex is well maintained and the staff is very accommodating. The apartments are spacious with updated appliances. The pool and gym are very nice additions as well. I am glad I made the choice to live at Brenneman Farms and had a great experience there.Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful Community, Great Location in VB
January 29, 2016I have lived at this place for almost 3 years. It is in the middle of VB and allows easy access to major highways and locations. Community is clean and looks great. Apartments are very spacious and they have elevators! Staff has always been pleasant and has been quick to handle any issues or maint. requests. I would recommend this property to anyone moving to the area or just looking for a nice and quiet place to live.Review from Apartments.com
It's nice
September 21, 2015Fairly new construction. The complex is kept very clean (so far). I've been in here for just shy of a month. The neighbors are pretty quiet. Seems to be mostly adult/families living here. The kitchens have laminate countertops, but they are stylish looking. Plenty of cabinet space (depending on the unit I suppose). Really can't find anything to complain about so far. Pretty good deal!Review from Apartments.com

September 14, 2015I have experienced nothing but assistance, courtesy, and a willingness to go above and beyond from the sales office. The tour was pleasant the information more than adequate and the sales person very professional. I was moving from out of state and was highly disappointed from choosing my apartment online...I wish I would have found these apartments first. Other places I had gone to refused to tour me because they stopped touring at 3:40pm when their hours said 9-5! Ruth the sales associate ...stayed longer for me to tour and was pleasant and didn't rush me at all. August 14, 2015Very well kept apartment compex. It is a pet freindly apartment complex located very close to interstate. It isnt located near to many other things so its a quiet environment. Parking is a downside and the noise of others is a downside(expected with apartment living) but for the most part those are your only negatives to this quiet friendly neighborhood. They are currently adding backsplashes to all the apartments. Thats a nice addidtion no extra charge to me the current tenneant. The apartment ...comex will mount your tv for you and add things such as ceiling fans and things that you would like to add to your apartment. No addidition charge. Ive been here for about 5 months now and i havent had any problems with my neighbors. Just watch your step some people dont pick up after there dogs. But again thats everywere. Unfortunately. Bt for the most part i ill highly recommend this apartment complex in this city. Ive lived in others and this ine tops them by far. High end appliances nicely creative floor plans.
