Poor management
August 9, 2024It’s cheap for a reason. Move in and find out for yourself, management is probably the worst. Zero privacy from management who work and live on site making my daughter feel unsafe in her own home acting as if they live here. Elevator constantly broken, pools closed constantly. Amazon packages always getting scheduled for redelivery because of building issues, let alone packages getting stolen from hallways from neighbors, management did nothing. We didn’t last a year in this apartment before ...moving out due to all the hassle.Property Manager Responded
September 3, 2024Hi there. Our team uses reviews as an unbiased way to receive insights from our residents, so we are disheartened to read these false claims. Our community is professionally managed with an onsite management and leasing team, none of whom live onsite. When it comes to entering a unit, our team follows strict legal guidelines and never enter without cause. As for our amenities, our pool was down for 2 days due to repairs and has been open ever since. We do not have any reports of the elevators being down and we routinely service them to make sure they are working properly. Great staff and clean community.
May 21, 2021Brentwood square apartments is by far one of the best communities we lived in past 8 years. They have strict non-smoking policies which we appreciated alot. Their rent is not too high as compared to average rated apartments nearby. The apartment size is pretty good and parking isn't too expensive either. A kudos to their staff members, who are always there. Be it fixing something in the apartment or cleaning.
