Don’t move here
August 28, 2023a long time ago my walls were leaking every time it would rain and it took them weeks to come and fix it. And then I think the wood in my apartment is rotting. My cabinet came off and that was weeks ago about two weeks ago, they haven’t come to fix it. They won’t fix the little things they won’t fix the large things they’ll take your rent and fix everything after weeks of badgering. It will literally take them 20 minutes don’t you want to know if the wood is rottingReview from Apartments.com

Great Value and amazing staff !!!!
August 15, 2017You get what you pay for here in the best way ! Rents in Houston are out of control and here you get a decent apartment at a decent price its very fair for what your payimg for , I will say the unit vary and your experience depends on the unit just ask to pick your unit inspect it and get one you like , crime is everywhere in a city so just whatever and roches are just houston so be clean and ask for weekly treatment which they will do every monday if asked .. The staff is what I like a lot they ...are profesional on point keep us up to date on things and have been very nice to me everytime !!! If saving money and living modest is the goal this is the place !!! Also as far as the units they udate and repair anything you ask so if you want to look at your place like a teue home and take good care of it the staff is very helpful in making your unit the best it can be !!!! Angie and Stephaine and Debbie are awesome !!!!! Please remember to your apartments are what you make of them to !!!! Tied of seeing negitve reviews of a complex that is clearly !!! Doing there absoulte best to serve Bairwood residents to the best of there ablity !!! Also big plus the utilies are semi included through your rent and prices are very very good !!!! and the app to pay rent theough is so easy and convient !!!!! As someone who plans to live here for a long time !! I hope more people who want to take reaponsiblity of there unit and treat it like there home keep it clean and maninted it will only make the complex better !!! also the location can not be beat everything you need is right there !!!
