January 13, 2025I see it is getting better. I know Sierra has heard some people about the property. I see lights are getting done. But it still needs more lights fix to light up to make it safe. I heard that the gates are going to be fix and closed. I have only seen one side done. Still waiting. I see branches have been removed to make it safer to walk.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2024Security lights on many of buildings out and have been for a very long time…years - management shows no interest in fixing them. Security Gates broken and have been for years. Foyers are Nasty - smells because of neighbors leaking trash cans - foyers need pressure washing. Large holes in the streets inside community. Landscraping- trees need to be trimmed, mulch needs to be put out etc. Tree limbs and trash on grate in lake that needs to be cleared and cleaned up. Been that way for 6 months.
