December 25, 2024I have resided here for eight years. There are two ideas I have to improve my stay. First I would like to see a monthly newsletter. Second would be a community center to be rented for family gathering. Office staff and maintenance personnel are top notch.Property Manager Responded

November 2, 2024From the office staff to the maintenance department, we have a top notch group of individuals working for the tenants to have a great experience while living here! They have a pool party every summer, they have give aways, we have food drives, if they find a lost pet they keep it until the owners are found, the maintenance department answer request within 24 hours, sometimes even the same day! October 31, 2024Maintenance is awesome, area is clean . Office staff is very friendly. With so many convenient places around the location is idea .only reason for a 4 star is cars that can sit for 6 months or longer in same spot not being addressed. October 18, 2024Had a maintenance request expertly handled earlier today! I was so impressed with how spot on the work was carefully done to replace my door's weather stripping. It is 1:47am, cold outside, but warm and toasty in my unit, thanks to the super star combo of April, Erin, Matt, Jimmy, and Paul.
