About Bright River Estates

At Bright River Estates, you can choose from several thoughtfully designed apartment homes situated on the banks of the Sauk River. Utilities: Utilities paid by Landlord: Water/Sewer & Garbage. Utilities Paid by Resident: All utilities not provided by Landlord. Renter's Insurance: Renter's Insurance is Required, with minimum $100,000 liability coverage. If valid insurance is not provided and kept updated with management, household will be enrolled in Liability Coverage for an additional monthly fee for $13.50.

  • Very nice and tightly run by onsite staff, beautiful river location

    This is a really good value and a convenient location on the bus line, and the staff does a good job of keeping order. Maintenance is responsive, parking is easy and guaranteed but you need to have a parking permit and friends must stay in guest parking. The units on the Sauk River are an especially good value and have beautiful views. Our unit was nicely updated and the commons areas are respectable.
