Overall great building to reside in.
September 10, 2023Move in is super smooth thanks to Kristen. Apartment is clean and well maintained. So far I have had no problems living here with my s/o. Noise level is not bad at all. Only hear the big dogs bark here and there in the hall ways. They get back to you quick when you email them or write in a maintenance request so that is a big plus as well. If they don't get back to you, they do will contact you in regards to that (which is not automated) so it feels more realistic. I'd rather not read emails that ...are automated. Kristen seems to be great with communication.
