This apartment is targeted for those who need subsidized living. The building is full of people who are NOT well off and who tend to help each other out. Back when I lived there we would keep our hallway doors open during the day so the kids on the floor could visit their friends and pop in and out of each apartment to play. Keep in mind they call this area the "foster farm" as it really is treated as such and the kids are MUCH safer inside then out on the streets in this area. At night you want ...
to close and lock your doors. The view on the north side is beautiful. All units are the same 2 bedroom HUGE size.. Nearly 900 square feet. 2 bedrooms, a den, dining area, kitchen, living room, nice size bathroom. This is a nice place to live however do keep in mind it is aimed towards people who are new to the country or who arent well off financially so you will face all the expected things that happen in that type of building.. However if you are honest and open to helping others and being part of a community.. This building really can be a fantastic home to live in.
