December 31, 2024I have enjoyed living at Brixley the past few months. The community and property are well maintained and the Brixley have been very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I initially moved into a 1 bedroom as the 2 bedroom I had initially wanted was unavailable. I was able to transfer into the 2 bedroom 2 months later. Laura, Brandon and Josh were extremely helpful and made the transition into the new unit very easy and quick. The maintenance team is also very helpful and quick to respond to any ...issues or problems that arise. If you're looking for an awesome community with amazing amenities then this should be your new home!Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2024A great place to live. The staff is responsive. Neighbors are friendly. Management does its best to build a sense of community. We have a beautiful pool that is kept neat and clean. My only complaint is the noise from the unit above me, but that says more about the neighbors than it does the apartment.Property Manager Responded
