March 19, 2025Amazing building, community, people. Clean, efficient and beautiful apartments! Luxury in the very beautiful Lakewood Ranch Area of Bradenton, Florida. I relocated from Connecticut and you will find that all your neighbors are all neighborly transplants from the Northeast having much in common with many people. Everyone is friendly, and you just feel safe. The property I kept immaculate. You have very communicative property managers, and you rest assured that the apartment has regular upkeep ...like air filters, and pest prevention. I have, and feel very proud of having elected this building from up north without even seeing it in person. It is even more beautiful in person, and there is a unit that will be the most beautiful and well equipped with state of the art appliances. This property does not disappoint. I have received nothing but the best compliments from visitors. Rest assured, if you are considering Brixley as your residence, you will be highly satisfied all around.Property Manager Responded

February 28, 2025The Brixley is a nice new apartment complex, we have plenty of space inside of our apartment. The community is very quiet and the amenities are pretty nice as well. Theres a sports simulator, pool table, a gym, pool and a courtyard. The complex is supposed to be gated but the gates have not work since I moved in over two years ago and a few of the machines in the gym could use some maintenance.Property Manager Responded

January 26, 2025Just moved in, so far such a great experience with the leasing office and their service. They were very friendly and welcoming. I mentioned a maintenance request and they came and fixed it within 10 minutes of asking! Looking forward to living here.Property Manager Responded
