December 31, 2024I have enjoyed living at Brixley the past few months. The community and property are well maintained and the Brixley have been very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I initially moved into a 1 bedroom as the 2 bedroom I had initially wanted was unavailable. I was able to transfer into the 2 bedroom 2 months later. Laura, Brandon and Josh were extremely helpful and made the transition into the new unit very easy and quick. The maintenance team is also very helpful and quick to respond to any ...issues or problems that arise. If you're looking for an awesome community with amazing amenities then this should be your new home!Property Manager Responded

Put 4 stars because of the horrible way they set up the mail room to deliver packages for us… it needs to be organized a different way or alphabetically which would be so easy to do. December 29, 2024Everything has been great, brand new apartment when we moved in. No issues, everyone is friendly and quiet. It is a great location for shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Construction is on-going with more apartments, stores and restaurants, therefore, traffic will be increasing.Property Manager Responded
