March 6, 2025Great community! People are so friendly and the staff is excellent! This community is great for people who love dogs (and cats). Everybody is always out and walking their dogs. The restaurants are just a short walk but there is plenty of parking if you would rather drive.Property Manager Responded

February 26, 2025I enjoy living here. It is a safe community that is conveniently located in downtown Norcross. The maintenance team is on point. The only downsides are that the pool is often broken and the gym is often missing equipment.Property Manager Responded

January 26, 2025Moving to this community has been such a wonderful experience. The kindness and warmth that has been extended to me has been unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. I’m thoroughly enjoying my new home. The ease of access, beautiful views, and great amenities have made my first two months here great. I’ve had the pleasure of attending the Trivia Night and Saturday Yoga and both were amazing. I really appreciate the work that Don and Sara have done to host these events and others. December 26, 2024I am very happy living here at Broadstone Junction. I’ve lived here for 2.5 years so far and have never had an issue with anything. Staff is great, maintenance is quick, and residents are friendly. It’s a clean and quiet place to live.Property Manager Responded

December 10, 2024If you’re looking for a beautiful community that’s quiet, it’s accessible to 85 and 285, the staff is excellent. Also, it’s walking distance to downtown Norcross with restaurants and shops. Oh, I forgot to mention that there’s 2 big parks and doing the summer, they have the best concerts.
