Horrible smells & miserably thin walls
February 23, 2025I think they’re flooding the reviews with fake positives because talking to other residents here, people are moving out left and right. Not many people seem to stay here long. The apartment is decent. The hallways and elevators seem very outdated. The hallway carpets smell like mildew most days and if it isn’t strong enough the other funky smells will do the trick. The walls being super thin is really the cherry on top for me. Very heavy footsteps are heard all throughout the day and you can even ...hear people closing drawers in their kitchen or bathroom from your room. Wont be returningProperty Manager Responded

February 21, 2025I’ve always had a great experience here. It’s quiet and very nice space. I mainly get things handled within a good timespan if I have an issue with maintenance or the leasing office. In comparison to when I got here communication and timeliness with answering phones and returning calls has really improved. It’s a nice community and central to everything.Property Manager Responded
