No parking
January 28, 2020While the apartment itself is nice, parking is a nightmare. Half the people parking don’t have a tag/sticker required to do so, therefore resulting in no spaces left for the people who actually pay for it. Doesn’t make sense to pay for a permit if it’s not even enforced in any way. Even then, most of the spaces are small which resulted in my car getting hit twice...Review from Apartments.com

September 1, 2015We moved here from out of town. I looked at a few apartments. I got discouraged, because it seemed like all apartments have bad reviews. I was supposed to rent at another apartment complex, but they were unresponsive in the rental process. So, we ended up here. Broadstone Ranch has been responsive to any issue. The apartment was in great shape when we moved in. We have had 2 things break and I entered a ticket online and the repair man is there the next day.
