Great community located by the canal in Old Town with ability to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. State of the art amenities with a great pool, cabanas, and incredible 2-story gym. Luxury units are incredible and leasing office is great to work with. No issues with parking - plenty of availability in the secure parking garage.

Excellent place to live and enjoy life. Staff is incredible and property beautiful and full of high end amenities including gym, grilling areas, common areas to socialize, relax and enjoy nature. Feels like a resort when outcby piol and the living space is arranged well and is wonderful space to live and entertain.

From application to move in and beyond, the staff at Broadstone Waterfront has been nothing but helpful and amazing. Ashley, who helped us through the whole process was absolutely class. Corina and Lexis at the front desk made the move-in easy as well as helping navigate maintenance issues we had. I have lived here for 1 year plus! Love the apartment set up, I seldom hear anyone in the hallway. All maintenance completed within 24 hours or sooner. I love the closeness of the mall, the canal to walk along and the restaurants nearby!!

Moving from out of state, I signed a lease without even getting to view the complex because I knew it was a great location. When I moved in I realized it was also beautiful, well built, clean, has wonderful amenities and amazing staff too. Best decision.
