May 31, 2024I have only been living here for 3 weeks. My experience at Broadway 190 has been a mixed, with a notable positive being Melissa's impressive tour. However, the leasing process and move-in were marked by communication challenges, last-minute requests, and an unreasonable $650 non-refundable re-decorating fee?? The requirement for a cashier's check on move-in day added unnecessary stress. Despite these drawbacks, the maintenance staff has stood out for their friendliness and helpful demeanor. While ...I haven't encountered any maintenance issues yet, their consistent presence around the complex contributes to security, and their approachability is commendable.Property Manager Responded

May 31, 2024Beautiful homes with large windows and lots of light. Management is friendly but follow ups need some improvement. Dog waste is a real issue as many residents don’t care to clean up after their pets even though Broadway 190 has a program that should encourage residents to clean up after their pets. Maybe the program isn’t being utilized often enough? Unfortunately, the grassy areas struggle to stay alive. This is not managements problem as much as it was not constructed properly allowing proper ...drainage. Overall, it’s a great place to live and feels safe here.Property Manager Responded

Great apartment complex
May 15, 2024I have had a positive experience getting into Broadway Apt. Everyone here is upbeat and positive. The management team in on the ball all the time. They are eager to please you and make everything a positive experience. Sarah the manager always gives it her all for everyone who comes into contact with her and makes sure people are satisfied. My apartment is so beautiful and everything works so well. They do an excellent job keeping everything immaculate everywhere. The people who are my neighbors ...here are kind and considerate. Great property
August 22, 2023I love my new home! These apartments are definitely more newer and have a modern feel to them. My favorite place in my home is the kitchen. Very spacious kitchen with way more cabinet storage space and outlets I would ever need.Property Manager Responded
