Bad for experience, Do not recommend
October 7, 2021Bathroom ceiling fell on the day I moved in, Bug problem,. Bad windows, my car broken in twice, I clean it better than when I moved in. Took my deposit. It was not worth taking to court, cost me more than it was worth. Did not care for management, I asked in them to look at my apartment when I moved out, they said no, they have 30 days to do that. They are alot of better places to rent. I hate giving this review but it is true.Review from Apartments.com

Good for the money
July 22, 2015I've lived in the same unit at Broadway Apartments for a few years now. Not much to complain about. The rent is cheap for the size compared to others in town. I really like the landlord, he knows me by name. I think a cop lives in another unit now so that's nice. The units are old but everything works that I need except for the occasional clogged pipe. Maintenance men will come when you need them although I haven't been super impressed with their personalities. I have pets and they are ...welcome. No loud parties so I'm able to go to sleep when I want to...not a lot of college students. Super close to HyVee and WalMart, which I love and not far from downtown; so I like the location. There's also a pool which is never really crowded, however, some of the other units overlook it and that creeps me out sometimes. Oh, there is on site laundry in my building but only 2 washers and 2 dryers, so sometimes you have to plan out your trips and loads...mildly annoying.
