Spacious living in the heart of Macungie Borough!
April 18, 2022I have been living here since February and I absolutely love it! Apartment is just the right size for me. It’s comfortable and the kitchen has a nice modern feel. I also like the wall to wall carpeting. Madison in the leasing office is friendly, professional, and helpful. It is nice to have someone who is willing answer any questions that I have when they arise. Maintenance is constantly on top of things and does a great job of ensuring that the place remains beautiful. Being within walking ...distance of shops, restaurants, and parks is really nice. If I need a gallon of milk or a loaf of bread, I never have to get in my car. I cannot say enough positive things about this community!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 1, 2021I toured several apartment properties in the same area recently. Brookfield, by far, is the nicest. The clubhouse is beautiful. Very pleased with this community
April 17, 2014I have very few complaints about this complex. The few times we have needed something to be fixed, maintenance had it fixed within 24 hours. It's a quiet setting, 0.3 miles from Weis Markets. The 1 bedroom apartments are fairly small but work great for a single person or a couple. Kitchen is also a tad small but not overly so. Very low utility bills compared to other apartments I've lived in. The office staff is helpful and responsive.Review from Apartments.com
