August 19, 2024I am so pleased that I chose to reside at Brookfield Reserve…….I love my apartment, and its convenient location, and I especially like the fitness center. The staff is responsive, and even though I don’t have a dog right now, I thank everyone who lets me get my “doggy fix”, by petting their dogs while I am out walking around this beautiful area.Property Manager Responded

July 7, 2024The location is phenomenal and the management team is very responsive & friendly. My first year here was practically perfect, I loved it. Once I did a unit transfer at renewal I had a different experience. The team was great with communicating open units, however the unit was not cleaned when I got here. It was honestly gross. Things were dirty & broken. They had to come back several times to clean/fix things. It’s never felt like my home, more so that I’ve been living in someone else’s. The rent ...is also very high for the size/quality. The pool is beautiful, nice amenities- however things have been down a lot more frequently in the last 2 years; elevators, coffee machines, etc. The new parking management isn’t as user friendly as the prior. The power outages are frequent with storms. The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night with an evacuation with no reasoning was frustrating. Overall it’s been nice living here, merely ready to save money & have more space.Property Manager Responded
