Moreland and 20. Tennis court, basketball and open field & lake across the street. Cons: This street is part of gentrification. Sitting outside the gates are crime, gunshots, section 8 (Paradise East), addicts, beggars and a super shoddy park and gas station where they all hang. Bouldercrest Rd is mentioned in ATL rap songs especially by Mr. Gucci Mane and you see why (his high school is a block away). I don't like walking out there. On the bright side cops and apts are trying hard to eventually make it safe & calm so that $$ can come in. The troubles of the outside has many times leaked into the apartments with crime, theft and violence. Phase II actually was a deadly section 8 a couple of years ago. I have friends who grew up around here. Conclusion: I'm moving next month for safety & cost but it depends on who you are and what you're willing to pay on whether or not you should live here. Make your choice!
