December 16, 2024I feel comfortable and different. I wish I would have moved here years ago. The apartments have a very nice setting. I really love the marble countertops. Not to mention, walk-in closets. I like the design of the laminate flooring & carpet.Review from Apartments.com

November 10, 2024Nice place to live, but not enough care of the units. Very quiet neighborhood, friendly place. I've lived here 4 years and not a lot has changed but the rent. Never office staff is nice and friendly. The company needs to do a little more for residents.Review from Apartments.com

June 28, 2024The overall stay at Brookside is nice just like anywhere you will always have those neighbors that just need help. The number one problem we have is our trash and people who don’t stay in the apartment complex coming to dump. The staff in the leasing office are great and good vibes.Review from Apartments.com

June 25, 2024A Trash dump in the back INSTEAD of JUST one in the front would be awesome. Just think about people who may be carless or disabled who have difficulties to make it to the front A computer lab that is active with a printer and fax that works would be so AWESOME A back way to get in the gym until 10pm even AFTER the office is closed would be awesome A restroom that is open and accessible while at the pool would be lovely.
