    Despite the appealing social media posts touting Brookstone Crossing as a top-notch living space with exceptional amenities, the reality paints a different picture. Prepare for an experience marked by unresponsive management, remnants of construction materials strewn across the neighborhood, and the unpleasant sight of dog waste, discarded underwear, and trash on sidewalks. Privacy is a luxury you won't enjoy, as the sound insulation is lacking, making every neighborly activity audible, from ...
    footsteps to conversations and even toilet flushes. The fitness room is far from fully functional, with malfunctioning TV and equipment plaguing the experience. The promised dog park turns out to be a vast mud hole, and for those with canine companions, safety concerns arise due to the presence of prohibited aggressive breeds. Despite the lease explicitly banning such breeds, encounters with potentially dangerous dogs are not uncommon. Considering the price range, there are undoubtedly superior living options available. Save both your money and your peace of mind – Brookstone Crossing is not the place to call home.

  • PACKAGES CAN EASILY BE STOLEN

    PACKAGES CAN EASILY BE STOLEN!! I've been living here for a little over a year now and our packages that got placed in the clubhouse used to get locked up after the employees leave but they recently installed a new mail room that is always locked and you use an app to see when ur packages arrive and you can only open the door if you have a package using the app. but, the app has a feature that lets you just open the door whenever completely foregoing the entire locking system so basically all of ...
    our packages are in a completely unlocked door. I've talked to other tenets who have had their packages stolen and I have had mine too. Before writing this I tried to contact the office to let them know but I could never get through to them and I actually talked to one of the friends of the employees and they said they've known about this problem for months. so not only can other tenets easily steal your packages the staff just don't seem to care about fixing the issue either. Would not move here unless you have to

  • Don’t trust them

    Made us wait 3 months for an apartment. Told us it would have a patio and as we move in the move us to a second story with a balcony. When we arrived to move in they refused to answer and made us wait 4 hours before they would talk to us. After we got someone to talk to they wouldn’t do anything to make a change or try to help us out. End up not taking the apartment very glad we didn’t.

  • Nice apartment

    I have been living here for four years. The apartment is new and maintenance responds in less than 24 hours. It is very quite and peaceful. The only thing that I don’t like is the sound, if you have a kid you have to be very careful especially at night there is not enough sound insulation, but other than that everything is great.

    I really love living at Brookstone. It’s close to the city but far enough to be peaceful and it’s a safe area. Staff is amazing and very quick to respond to your needs. The apartments are nice and up to date. There’s also a pool and fitness center! Very nice place to live!

    I knew I would love Brookstone crossing the first time I came to view the apartment, I was greeted by the wonderful people who work here and they did everything they could to get me into an apartment in my short time frame. I can honestly say that my apartment feels like home, and I have no complaints. It's a spacious two bedroom with up to date appliances and beautiful natural lighting.     Brookstone Crossing is the perfect blend of community and solitude. The living spaces are expertly maintained, green spaces well manicured and plentiful, while the community areas are clean and comfortable. I have a two bedroom on the lowest level and almost never hear my neighbors! The amenities include the standard pool and gym but there is also a free car wash and a new playground! The staff at Brookstone is professional and easy to work with on rentals, repairs and all questions. The ...
